Job Overview: Medimark Scientific is seeking motivated individual’s to provide representation and management for various UK region’s as part of the Animal Heath Team.
The role’s will involve first class account management of existing customers, ensuring high standards of service are provided and the creation and maintaining of relationships. Business development of new customers to introduce our products and services and secure future business is also a pivotal part of this role with our brands in the area of Animal Hygiene and Disinfection. This includes Veterinary Surgeries, Kennels Catteries as well as Racecourses, Breeders and a wide range of Charities, Public and Private sector clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Internal Sales Executive
REPORTING TO: Customer Services Manager
START DATE: ASAP
LOCATION: SEAL, SEVENOAKS
RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer service and administrative support to all Animal Health Accounts including: -
- Generating new business by converting non users to customers & selling new products to existing customers
- Following up sales orders & providing support calls to customers
- Following up special offers & marketing campaigns
- Responding to customer service enquiries within company standards
- Support of field representatives
- Cold calling of lapsed and prospective customers
- Additional administrative tasks as delegated
- Meet and exceed daily call targets
- Adhere to Minimum Standards for the department
- Answering incoming calls to the company & making outbound calls for repeat business
Any other sales and marketing related activity as requested by line and senior managers
REMUNERATION: Basic Salary + Commission monthly
HOURS: 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Thursday excluding Public & Bank Holidays
